Use it for petty things

Don't submit anything involving harm, threats, abuse, crimes, or real legal, money, or medical problems. The judge declines those cases. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services.

Be kind

Use first names only. Don't use the site to harass anyone or to share private information about other people.

You keep what you write. By filing or answering a case, you let us store it and show it to anyone with the case link, and, if both sides agree, to feature it with first names only.
